CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. Contestants do not have to purchase any products any products or visit any location to participate or to win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. Void in New York and Rhode Island. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local taxes, statutes and regulations.

3. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES. Participation in the Contest constitutes contestant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Mazers.

4. HOW TO ENTER. All entries are subject to verification and become the property of Mazers upon receipt.

5. PRIZES: One (1) $500 Gift Card.

Winners acknowledge that except and to the extent that Mazers cannot by law exempt itself from responsibility or liability, Mazers has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes described herein; including; but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for use. All warranties are herby disclaimed, and the winner will accept the prize "as is." All federal, state and local taxes, fees and the other expenses not specified herein (including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax meals, gratuities, transportation costs, and any other costs incurred in claiming or using any of the prizes), are the prize winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize is non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at Mazers sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

6. WINNER: The winner of the prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Mazers whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding. The random drawing will be on the first day of the month. Entrants need not be present to win. Potential winners will be notified by mail, email or telephone. By participating, contestants release Mazers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated businesses, advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each from any and all liability, damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of any prize. By acceptance of prize, winner grants permission to Mazers to use winner's name, age, city, state, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval (where lawful). (Tennessee residents need not consent to, or sign any, publicity release.) Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Mazers reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time and substitute another promotion in its place.

7. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the District of Columbia and the states of the United States (except Rhode Island and New York) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Mazers, their affiliates and advertising agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.

8. ODDS: The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

9. DISPUTES: By participating, each contestant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Alabama; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will contestant be permitted to obtain awards for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of contestant and Mazers in connection with the Sweepstakes, to the extent that such issues and questions are not subject to the statues or regulations of another state or locality, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws or provisions (whether of the State of Alabama or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Alabama.
