RECEIPT REQUIRED FOR REFUND

For fast, easy returns, always keep your receipt. This helps ensure that you get the proper credit for your purchases, and helps our associates process your return quickly.

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Mazer reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return. After the return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty as applicable

30-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the receipt of items. Please review the exceptions below.

10-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 10 days from the receipt of items on Furniture, Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Power Equipment, Generators and Air Conditioners.

Non-returnable items

Non-returnable items include Tent Sale merchandise, labor and/or installation services, custom made products, store mixed paint, and Mazer Gift Cards. Only full unopened cartons of hard surface flooring are returnable.

Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on assembled cabinets, cut flooring, and Special Order products, including appliances and furniture unless defective or prohibited by law. Cancellations of Special Order products not yet received may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the product has been shipped.

Refund method
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $100 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10 business days of return.

Returns without a Sales Receipt
If you made your purchase within the return period stated above, we may be able to look up your receipt for you. In this case, the same policy applies as if you had the original sales receipt; if we are unable to determine proof of purchase, refund will not be issued.
